The postmodern role of European identity is determined by the reformation of several fragmented values and ideas, incorporated into national contexts, which delimit traditional ideological impressions. On the other hand, the economic factor remains a ruling modulator of class consciousness and constantly produces new methods of feedback of the already formed gaps, which increase the magnitude of variations. The fact that the globalizing dimensions of economy are based on the materialistic utilization of a theoretical background referring to high technology is not accidental. In this light, the humanistic orientation of Cultural Studies seems to increasingly lose ground under the technocratic threat. Here, there is an urgent need for delimitation of a European educational policy, which shall retrace the ideological resultant of various European expressions. In addition, it must be taken into account that the quality of products provided is rapidly improved. This requires the pedagogical readjustment of educational programmes as regulators of evolution of the European cultural identity. Comparing the financial resources and the intellectual equipment of the working people, we observe a typical symptom of the postmodern conception: the hybrid type of shift towards a new form of social evaluation is thus formed. In addition, another significant conclusion is that the micro-structural correlation of every social cell with the individuality it assumes is directly related to the practice of the global economic gigantism. The ulterior objective is to prolong a closed circuit of competition of the most developed economies. At this point, in order to achieve a multilateral approach to this issue, it would be useful to analyze certain points that confirm the postmodern interweaving of political cultures as basic fields of comparison between nationalistic intolerances and the parallel course. Finally, we must underline the central position attributed to the consideration of violence according to Bourdieu as a hybrid coefficient of authority and, at the same time, as a structural bridge of social and educational policy. The establishment of a cultural identity and its use as a vehicle of educational preparation is democratic only in appearance, since almost the entire course of the youth from kindergarten to PhD is determined by a lack of freedom resulting from conditions of economic nature.
